Makeover for a beauty titan starts with a rebrand and new website

 

RapidLash is an award winning, natural eyelash enhancement serum that has sold over 3 million units worldwide. The product has provided millions of people with relief from cosmetic issues such as brittle lashes and sparse brows and allows them to be more confident in their appearance.

The eyelash growth industry has become a billion dollar business and even though RapidLash has been a leader, the competition continues to grow from major companies like MAC and L’Oreal.

With the help of the Emanio Team, RapidLash set out to capture more market share, raise brand awareness and grow online sales.

Emanio conducted in depth conversations with the internal RapidLash team and product users and discovered that the RapidLash brand wasn’t “connecting” with its customers and building meaningful relationships.

Understanding the consumer and interacting with their daily lives, Emanio’s rebrand integrated a social media strategy leveraging Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and weekly blogs that engage RapidLash followers, making them the brand’s “voice”. The brand overhaul and redesigned website are a marriage of science, fashion and functionality. The fresh and modern look that Emanio created appeals to their target audience and solidifies RapidLash’s place as a leader in the eyelash enhancement category.

The new site has quickly becoming a community where customers are telling “real life” stories, reading blogs and are being rewarded with special promotions. In a short time the site has seen a substantial increase in traffic and online sales have grown over 400%. Those are some solid numbers.
