Although MARIPOSA’s brand had become extremely well known for its wedding and specialty gifts, it needed to grow beyond this limiting consumer perception. After extensive workshops with stakeholders, we rolled out a completely new communication strategy. The new message for MARIPOSA became “We Have a Gift For Living” and is used across all outbound channels including the new catalogs, website and in-store signage. The updated visual identity and new messaging increases the value of each customer, while turning them into lifelong brand loyalists.
